Fritz Hansen Egg chair (link here). The Egg chair - and the Swan chair - were developed for the lobby and reception areas at the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen designed by Arne Jacobsen in the late 50s. The technologically innovative lounge chair originated in Arne Jacobsen’s garage - cast in plaster. Today the synthetic shell is padded with cold foam and covered with fabric or leather resting on a star-shaped aluminium base.

Vitra Panton Chair (download here). The Panton Chair is a furniture design classic. Verner Panton created it back in 1960, and with the assistance of Vitra developed a version ready for series production (1967). It was the very first fully plastic chair made from a single section. Since its market launch, the Panton Chair has undergone several production phases. Not until today was it possible to produce it in line with Panton’s original idea - namely from consistently dyed, tough plastic with a matt surface.
And link for group of 3d chairs is here.

The chairs in the Aluminium Group are the most famous creations by Charles and Ray Eames. Designed in 1958 they rate amongst the great achievements in the design history of the 20th century. Really nice model for 3d studio max and autocad (source).

Marcel Breuer was an apprentice at the Bauhaus in 1925 when he conceived the first tubular steel chair, the Wassily chair, based on the tubed frame of a bicycle. This 3d chair model you can find here (in 3ds and max format).
